Reliance JIO 43rd AGM Meeting Overview.

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has scheduled Annual General Meeting (AGM) yesterday (i.e 15th July 2020). Mukesh Ambani (CEO of the Company) announced that Jio has attracted an incredible series of investments. Over 13 Investors around the globe like facebook, Silver lake, vista partners, PIF, Intel Capital, Google, Qualcomm and more. Jio has attracted a total investment of Rs.1,18,318.45 crores by selling it's 25.24% of it's stake to these investors in less than 3 months, Hence showing it's Versatility & Business Power.

Jio 5G Home Grown Technology.

Mukesh Ambani has announced they had developed 5G solution from scratch to enable a world class 5G service in India which is completely developed and designed in india under the circumstances of Atma Nirbhar Bharat. This 5G Services are Totally 100% made of Home Grown Technology and Solution. 

This 5G tech will be set to trails as soon as government announces auction of 5G spectrum and will be ready for field deployment by 2021. Jio will also export 5G to other Global Operators. Which means Jio will supply 5G Tech to it's competitors like Airtel, Vodafone Idea etc. 

Jio 5G Phones with Custom OS.

Jio will unveil their 5G SmartPhone for a fraction of it's current cost. Jio will combinedly work with Google for their Custom Jio OS which will be based on Android Platform obviously.

This smartphone would be the successor of Jio phone line up. 

Google & Jio partnering to build a value engineered Android based smartphone operating system. These phones will affordable than any 5G smartphone.

Jio Tv+ Subscription.

Jio will start it's Jio Tv + subscription were all the popular OTT platforms will be combined to Jio Tv+ service. Customers need to take One subscription of Jio Tv+ then they can enjoy all the content over the OTT platforms like Netflix, Prime Videos, Disney + Hotstar, Zee5, Sun Nxt etc. Consumers can use unify search and Voice search for any kind of content.

Jio Mart

Jio is going to move further to all cities and villages to start there Jio Mart services. Jio Mart will be the central enabler to a new generation of Reliance Retail Business. "Jio Mart roll out is being stoke at rapid rate" say's Mukesh Ambani (CEO). 

Jio mart will help local general stores and retailers to sell their products online. This service will available through whatsapp. Whatsapp & Jio will make Growth Opportunities for millions of indian small merchants and Kirana Stops.

Jio EMBIBE

Jio EMBIBE will be a platform for students and teachers for online learning And Teaching which will be developed and improved by Jio. This platform can be helpful for students and teachers in this kind of pandemic situation by learning through online classes conducted by teachers. This Platform will be easy to use and can be used in one go for teachers.

Jio AR Glass

Jio AR (Augmented Reality) Glasses will be available for consumers at affordable price. it is about 75 grams added with High Resolution Display, camera in between the lenses and High rise Audio out put. which will be used for 3d Holographic virtual video calls. It can be used for personalized meeting and presentations. 

There is no information about the availability and pricing but by my knowledge it will not be costly because we have seen jio produce only mass scale. Jio focuses only on poor and mid range market so we can predict it will be available for low cost or will be "Effectively" priced through offers.
